We FINALLY got an egg over the weekend! Sawyer thought we planted it there to tease him...he asked if we planted an egg to tease him, we said, "no". And he said "Well, then who did?" Of course that led us to question him if there was an egg in the coup, and the answer was yes! And, as you can see, all the excited faces above and below tells how they all felt about getting their "first egg!"

This is Taylor at his XC meet at Central college's course. This is the second time he has ran this course for XC. This is his sprint for the finish line. His time on the hilly 5K was 21:55! Awesome job Taylor! GO DUTCH!

I got one picture as he ran by me, it's hard to get pics because they go so fast and it's hard to see your runner as they come up and over the hills!

This is Jaxon and Taylor, Jaxon is proud of his big brother!

We had such a busy weekend! Two soccer games, a XC meet and Rylli and Tiahna wanted to participate in paint the park. We paid $25 for a square and shared it with our friends, John Rhy, Matthew, Mark, and Brady.

My friend Cathy and the kids workin' on the square we divided up into 6 rectangles.

Mark and Ry with their paint stained hands! He has been in her class for about 3 years now! We also Love their family, John Rhys is the one with the hat and he is Taylor's crazy best friend! Fun family!

Finished product!

Cathy putting the finish touches on her face that Brady made for her....

Because of the craziness of the weekend and having to be in 4 places at one time, I did not get a picture of either Jaxon or Sawyer at their soccer games, in fact, I missed all of Jaxon's and only got about 10 minutes of Sawyers (fortunately dad was able to be to both). The season ends in about 2 weeks so I will try to get some shots and post them of their next game. Sawyer is probably the best player in his age group right now, he is amazing. He can pass right to his teamates no matter where they are and it's crazy to watch him considering that it's rec soccer and practice is only once a week and one game a week on Saturdays! He'll be awesome in High School on their team! GO DUTCH!

The painting looks GREAT! What a fun idea.
Yes...lots of fun, too! I'm glad we divided the square up because just the 6 rectangles took them FOREVER!
